Genuinely had a fab experience during sales and service.

Bought a Toyota Aygo on 24/02, really friendly sales people, not pushy at all.

Noticed that the clutch felt really high so reported it to them within 30 days of purchasing on the 23/03, took the car in 24/03 and today (25/03) they've confirmed it needed a new clutch, and it's been fitted. No hassle whatsoever, just great service! Thanks.

Bought a car from ashbrow 4 weeks ago. The car was presently brilliantly and Jack the salesman made the process very easy. Recently I had an issue with my car and being based down south I could not bring the car back to the garage. I spoke with the garage and they are going to help pay for the repair. Genuine guys.

Carlton was attentive as soon as we walked into the dealership. He answered all our questions and listened and understood exactly what we were looking for, so much so he offered to show us a car that had just arrived and not on display yet. I felt he did not pressure us to 'close the deal' and it was more of finding the ideal car for us. Everyone was friendly at Ashbrow. Thank you for the great service. We love the new car!

What can we say!!!
What can we say that has not already been said! A long established family business that provides the best customer experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Carlton, a great asset to the family business. We were left to make our own decisions and felt no pressure whatsoever to buy. We had a good test drive and Carlton certainly knew his stuff, explaining how the car worked and ran, we part ex'd our car and were happy with the offer they gave us i loved the cupra immediately. We returned a week later to collect the car, and again the transaction was smooth and efficient and all done within an hour, the car was immaculate! Carlton then went through all the tech in the car which was EXTREMELY helpful. A very happy lady left the dealership. Also a shoutout to graham "¦ we arrived early for our test drive, we asked where we could go for a coffee and a bite to eat he recommended Villa garden centre which was just up the road, try here if you're passing the food was really good, and staff were very welcoming too, a top farm shop!!

Purchased a Skoda Superb estate from Ashbrow today, and i\'m absolutely delighted. Ashbrow garage is a rarity these days in the used car retail trade, as they are 100% genuine,honest and trustworthy. I was given a great P/X allowance on my previous car which exceeded my expectations and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Carlton. Purchased a VW Passat Estate 2.0Tdi from Ashbrow and could not be happier with the car and support I received from Robert and the team there. First time customer, chosen purely on what I'd read online and because they had a car within my budget. Car was presented immaculately (like in the pictures I'd seen on-line) and Robert took the time to explain everything in detail. The sale wasn't huge in terms of £s, but it was still a considerable outlay for me. Think what impressed me most is that no matter how big or small your purchase the same care and attention is given to every car and customer. Travelled up from Berkshire, and drove home. So far so good. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody - if you want a relaxed, no pressure buying experience, and peace of mind that your buying a car that has been checked thoroughly before being offered for sale, then this is the place to go. well first of all would like to congratulate this garage on its customer service. from the word go they have been very good to deal with. as said by many other customers no pushy salesmren just left to make your own decision on whether to buy or not. fair deal on trade in aswell. nice to meet the owner and his family and get to know the history of the garage.all in all a very good experience. if you are looking to buy a used car give these guys a try you will be pleasently surprised on how good they are. 5 out 5 from me and the wife. we will be back in a few years for our next car.

The customer service I received was second to non. It was really laid back didn't feel pressured into a purchase which you get at other dealerships, the guys name who we dealt with was Carlton and I couldn't fault his customer service nothing went a miss with him. Called in for an impromptu visit after checking out another car. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and easy to work with. Nothing was a hassle. All cars on the lot were extremely clean and ready for sale which was a big positive for me. Cars are priced competitively and the sales process was quick and easy. After the sour experience I had with a previous dealer from where I got my car just 6 months ago, I can say that this was the complete the opposite. I traded in the car I had and got a Audi A6 from them. From the very first phone call I made to esquire about the car's availability, to calls about paperwork and status on different processes all the way through to the final sale the communication was excellent and transparent (something many dealerships lack these days). It's was the first time I didn't feel like just a number for sales and was treated like valued customer. I wasn't rushed or pressured into anything and was allowed enough time to view the car and had all my questions answered no matter how silly some might have seemed. All cars are serviced, and prepared in their own garage before being put up for sale which inspires confidence and the prices are really competitive. The car I bought drives great and in all honesty I was well impressed with the whole experience.
